Online Registration is open, deadline is March 15, 2017. Registrations will be accepted after that date subject to space available as well as a late registration surcharge
The venue for the Meeting will be at the Conference rooms of the NH Hotel in Terminal 2 of the Mexico City International Airport
A secondary room block has been set aside at the nearby Camino Real Hotel in Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport
Hotel bookings will be made for registrants through the Secretariat. A limited number of double rooms are available. There will be a supplementary charge of $100 for accompanying adults who are not meeting participants; this charge will cover group meals and social activities but will not permit access to the conference rooms
These hotels are located within the Mexico City International Airport; shuttle bus services is available between Terminal 2 and Terminal 1
Travel Planning and Visa Information
Please refer to the ISN WCN2017 website at http://www.wcn2017.org/travel-venue/travel-information for information about airfare packages and an online visa application if you need one for travel to Mexico. The Fabry Nephrology Update Conference will not make travel reservations for any participant. Passport, visa and travel arrangements are the personal responsibility of each participant.
Logistics and Local Arrangements
Congrex will oversee all on-site arrangements for the meeting (www.congrex.com.pa) Congrex can also arrange individual post-meeting tours and excursions at the request of the individual participant. Contact CONGREX.COM.PA for further information.
The Secretariat will be located close to the meeting room at the NH Hotel will be open at the following times:
April 25, 2017 12:00 – 17:30
April 26, 2017 08:00 – 17:30
April 27, 2017 08:00 – 13:00
The official language of the Meeting will be English; real-time translation into Spanish will be available in the main conference room
Facilities will be available for computer presentations and overhead projections. It is essential that speakers provide a copy of their presentation on a data stick at least 2 hours prior to their session.
Program and Abstract Book
Speakers will also be asked to provide a PowerPoint "handout" of their presentation (3 slides per page) that will be included in the Meeting Program book, along with all submitted abstracts.
Lunches and coffee breaks
Lunches and coffee breaks will be served in the Meeting area.
Written versions of accepted poster submissions must be received by March 15, 2017. Poster boards will be available for mounting the posters for the Poster Reception on Tuesday evening. April 25, 2017. Posters will be on display throughout the entire meeting.
